Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders
